The PanCare bus will be at Graceville School for athletic physicals Tuesday,April 12th, 2022. To sign up for a time slot, please do these 3 easy steps:

To be eligible to participate in sports, a student must:
- maintain at least a 2.0 grade point average
- have a pre-participation physical once each year (FHSAA EL2)
- complete a consent and release form (FHSAA EL3)
- complete a travel form
